With many of us continuing to work remotely, we must learn how to adapt our mentoring relationships so that we can continue to grow professionally and personally. Mentoring helps us all foster more meaningful relationships and maintain personal connections even while being physically apart. But, we must be more intentional about maintaining and progressing our mentoring relationships in an online medium.

During this presentation, we will discuss why mentoring is important, the nuts and bolts of driving your own mentoring relationships, strategies for using technology and electronic communication to further your mentoring relationships, and legal topics to discuss in your mentoring relationships.
