Justin Han
DAABA is proud to spotlight long time DAABA member Justin Han.
Justin Han has been an active DAABA member since 2015 and is a litigation attorney at Martin Golden Lyons Watts Morgan PLLC. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, intellectual property litigation, and complex business disputes. More than simply a litigator, Justin is known for his creative, outside-the-box approach to solving complex legal issues and developing efficient, practical solutions for his clients. Additionally, Justin is fluent in Mandarin.
Justin has experience handling a wide range of matters, including claims arising under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), breach of contract disputes, patent infringement, copyright infringement, and trademark infringement.
Outside of work, Justin enjoys playing board games and baseball on the weekends.
